SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship directly from our fulfilment facility in the UK.  A summary of shipping options appears below.

Please Note: Royal Mail Signed For requires a signature on delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.


If you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU or within the United States then import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority and paid for by you.

RETURNS POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within seven days of receipt and in saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange (availability dependent due to limited edition nature of the products).

1.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.blackwolffitness.co.uk, if you have purchased from a third party or retail partner then they must arrange your return or exchange.

1.3 If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and scent neutral.

1.4 When returning items to Black Wolf Fitness please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

2. EXCHANGES

2.1 If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How do I return a product’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, but only if size and colour is available. If a different size or colour is not available, a refund will be given. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

3. FAULTY GOODS

3.1 Black Wolf Fitness is committed to providing a premium product and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
3.2 Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.


4. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

4.1 Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name, order number and return/refund requirements to the following address:

NB: 

Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. Black Wolf Fitness are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit.  All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
